Job Description: Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end project management process, from project initiation to closure, ensuring all objectives are met. Manage cases to ensure countries issues are being addressed. Key activities include contacting Account Manager to determine if prior issues/concerns have been addressed. If concern still exists, then assisting customer until concern is resolved Develop comprehensive marketing plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and provide regular financial updates Ensure efficient and correct flow of information between Client and Company Resolve incoming Inquiries and support subsidiaries for successful launch and continuous sales of Cosmetic Products Supporting and coordinating preparation of all necessary documentation for export Participate in customer meetings & communication to customers where appropriate Provide the highest level of support directly to the customers via frequent delivery communication as needed Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders from various departments. Track project progress, produce status reports, and communicate project updates to stakeholders and senior management. Ensure adherence to project management best practices, standards, and methodologies. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, motivating team members to achieve project goals. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager, with a successful track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong knowledge of international product launch and support. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required Strong PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint Must demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy Maintains a high level of productivity and self-direction with a strong sense of urgency and accountability Has a keen sense of self-awareness Excellent written, oral and listening skills. Clear, concise communication style.
