Ivy Cafe in Saint Louis, MO is looking for one barista to join our 13 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and hard-working.
Hourly rate plus tips. Seeking fun and hard-working individuals. Tips averaging between $15-$25 per hour daily.
Responsibilities
- Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally
- Our baristas also serve the floor - we have a hybrid model of counter service and table service
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a barista
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
