IVF CRYO is a premium cryogenic service business specifically created and tailored to help the fertility industry mitigate the risk of human tissue loss. Initially acting as a cryogenic consulting company to help advise clients on best practices, IVF CRYO has grown and expanded it’s product line to provide full service “EVERYTHING-CRYO” for the IVF industry.

These services include Specimen Shipping, Tissue Storage, Cryogenic Facility Design, Consulting, and Cryogenic Services such as Cryo-Equipment Sales/Distribution, Repairs, and Maintenance.

Our Mission is to "Protect Future Families" through our cryogenic services by providing the best quality products, innovative cryogenic solutions, and client-centric customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications (internet, MS Word, Excel, etc.)

- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree is a plus

- Upbeat and positive attitude with desire to help others!
