All of our veterinarians have professional areas of interest that they are passionate about, and we encourage them to explore and grow in those interests. We value our veterinary associates and encourage input and feedback from them about equipment purchases and medical protocols, and ways to improve our practice efficiency, workflow, staff management, and client experience.
We have hired multiple new grads over the years and helped foster their professional development. Of our 4 most recent associate hires, 3 are still employed with us. Our current associates have been employed by us for 17 years, 4 ½ years, 4 ½ years, and 2 ½ years. We are hiring to replace our associate who has been with us for 17 years because he is retiring.
