Responsibilities:

• Coordinate marketing projects and campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring all deadlines and objectives are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies.
• Prepare monthly advertising campaigns across various channels, including print, digital, social media, and radio.
• Develop and deploy email campaigns, including segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
• Conduct data evaluation and analysis to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights for optimization.
• Serve as the CRM Subject Matter Expert (SME), overseeing the management and utilization of the CRM system to support marketing initiatives and enhance customer engagement.
• Assist in the development of marketing collateral, including copywriting, design coordination, and production oversight.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation in marketing efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing coordination or a project management role.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics and data interpretation, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for driving results through innovative marketing strategies.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
