We are seeking a Project Administrator to join our collaborative team of construction professionals to ensure efficient, cost-effective project operations.
Project Administrator / Commercial & Residential Building Construction
This is a key position responsible for the support of our company project management and field operations staff. You will assist estimators/project managers during bidding, subcontracting, and purchasing during construction and ultimately through project closeout.
Responsibility for this position will be the initiation, organization and tracking of all project information, to include contracts, purchase orders, job costs, billings, submittals, and closeout documentation.
In furtherance of these responsibilities, the Project Administrator will perform tasks including but not limited to the following:
Secondary responsibilities include assisting the project management team with the following:
Self-motivated; organized and efficient multi-tasker with keen eye for detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Proficiency in a wide range of computer applications and software, with the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and platforms.
Strong written and oral communication skills
Proficiency with project management software, Bluebeam, Viewpoint, Procore
Working knowledge of construction methods and practices
Familiarity with Occupational Safety and Health Standards
Ability to interpret construction documents (plans, specifications, contracts)
