Job Location: Detroit (required onsite 5 days a week)

Job Description

Seeking dependable, efficient, hardworking individuals to join our payable staff. Day to day responsibilities can consist of analyzing invoices upon receipt for accuracy and legitimacy and submitting for coding/approval as necessary for non-PO driven invoices; PO driven invoices reviewed for accuracy and addressing discrepancies

• Cutting Checks
• Reconciling/Researching Accounts
• Maintaining Spreadsheets in Excel
• Communication visa Phone, Email & In-Person

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task & prioritize
• Attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft applications
• Ability to work well in a fast paced, team environment.
• At least 3 years as an Accounts Payable specialist or similar role.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.
• Process oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing needs of business while continuing to meet deadlines.
