IVDrips is seeking passionate and highly motivated Registered Nurses to join our team as Infusion Nurse for Nursing Home and On Call Nurse for Home Visits. As a Nursing Home Infusion Nurse and On Call Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering IV infusion services to our patients and will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on patients' lives.

Responsibilities:

• Expertly start and remove IVs at our nursing home facility
• Perform IV placements with precision and confidence, particularly in challenging situations
• Conduct nursing home visits and home visits for IV infusion, providing attentive and personalized care
• Maintain a personable and caring approach when interacting with patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the process
• Adhere to best practices and protocols to ensure the highest level of patient safety

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated expertise and confidence in IV placement, preferably with experience in an ER/ED or ICU setting or Infusion Nursing.
• Proven experience and proficiency in IV placement and comfortable with difficult sticks
• Willingness to travel and conduct nursing home and home visits for IV infusion.
• Flexibility to be available 1-2 days shifts per week for Nursing Home and availability for on-call opportunities through out the week
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a personable and compassionate approach.
• Must have current Malpractice Insurance coverage.

Shift Schedule for Nursing Home:

Consistent availability of once or twice a week depending on the schedule needs. Definite day of the week will be determined based on the facility's requirements.

On Call Schedule for Home Visits:

Availability is as needed

Compensation:

• Competitive pay rate of $45 per hour or $35 per drip, whichever is greater for Nursing Home.
• Pay rate of $90 per Infusion or 30% of the Appointment’s Total Infusion Charge. Whichever is higher for Concierge Service.
