Overview

The RN is accountable and responsible for the provision and coordination of proficient, evidence-based care, which includes assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The clinical nurse participates in decision-making, teaching, mentoring, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to advance the patient plan of care, achieve outcomes and improve operational efficiency. Radiology Nurses provide support in all areas of radiology including Interventional Radiology, CT, Ultrasound, MRI, and more. They provide hands-on care for patients undergoing a wide range of imaging procedures and are responsible for patient assessment, monitoring, providing moderate sedation, and much more. Experience: Med-surg and/or ICU is preferred. Moderate sedation experience is also preferred!
