Build your career with IU Health! We have an exciting opportunity available for a Project Manager to join the Operational Excellence team at our Muncie Location on a Hybrid schedule.
This position will support and manage multiple complex projects in collaboration with others to execute on our operational and strategic objectives. They need to be familiar with problem solving, process improvement, and change management methods. The position also entails coaching and training individuals at all levels and various groups sizes. Manages a complex portfolio of projects for the assigned business unit. Ensures projects are managed appropriately, utilizing standard project management methodologies, processes, tools, and resource planning. Develops project plans based on customer specifications that result in optimized performance, cost savings, efficiency and overall return on investments.

• Requires Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent years of experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant Project Management experience required.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Healthcare Industry experience a plus.
• Experience working in a complex, matrix environment.
