The Production Manager-Litchfield serves in a key leadership role and is responsible for directing and managing the daily production activities to ensure that customer and company requirements are met. Working closely with the Plant Manager and Litchfield support teams, this role champions organizational culture and employee development while driving operational excellence in safety, quality, scheduling, attendance, and process improvement.
