Location - Bronx, NY (Onsite)

Job Summary/ Essential Job Functions:

Assist with various duties related to the correspondence process including, but not limited to the following: (1) Perform timekeeping duties; (2) Research and provide an accurate analysis of case activities; (3) Use current customer relationship management (CRM) software to perform data entry.
