This position promotes and sells Engineered Valve Products through distributors, representatives, OEM's, instrument companies, and direct. Manages sales territory, trains distribution and handles quotes in order to maximize product sales. Able to consistently meet sales quotas in accordance with budgeted sales goals. Develops and shares an area of specialized sales expertise.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Provides support for new sales representatives as needed.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in Business, Marketing, or a technical field is preferred. Three to five years of outside technical valve sales experience preferred. Channel management, sale of valves or related products or other capital equipment is preferred.
TRAVEL
This position requires up to 50% travel.
LOCATION
It is preferred the person live within the territory he/she will be responsible for covering.
This position does require access to controlled technology.
