Position Summary:

This position is responsible for sales support, performs relatively complex administrative duties, analytical tasks, and solves problems using critical thinking ability. Responsibilities include assisting SBO team in implementing sales reporting and processes among the organization, with the following details.

• Run daily, weekly, quarterly, & annual reports from multiple sales systems and reconcile data to produce results
• Enter and maintain data in a global business unit file that contains all program, customer, and part data across Germany, China, and USA
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, conciseness, and integrity of all data entered into previously mentioned business unit file
• Assist in implementation of new forecasting model to be used in 2024 and beyond

Position Requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES: 

• Currently enrolled for a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Accounting, or related fields
• Ability to problem solve independently based on the nature of a dynamic work environment
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle, Plex, SAP)
• Ability to analyze large datasets
• Advanced knowledge in Excel / PPT
• Works well with cross functional teams
• Any SQL knowledge is a
