Position: Business Intelligence and Automation Analyst (Finance Specialization)

Department: Shared Services Digital Enablement Team

Reporting to: Director of Digital Enablement

Essential Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Financial Process Automation and Optimization: Lead the development and implementation of automation solutions for financial processes in AP, AR, Treasury, and Accounting using RPA and other technologies.

Business Intelligence Reporting: Develop and maintain advanced BI reports and dashboards, ensuring insightful analytics for financial modules.

Integration of Financial Systems: Drive the seamless integration of financial systems (SAP FICO) with other business applications, focusing on automation and data accuracy.

Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects in financial system enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Data Governance and Compliance: Oversee data accuracy and compliance within financial systems, conducting regular audits and ensuring adherence to financial regulations.

Training and Knowledge Sharing: Develop comprehensive training materials for new systems/processes and conduct training sessions to ensure smooth adoption.

Position Requirements

Qualifications:

Experience: 3-5 years in SAP FICO, with extensive knowledge in AP, AR, Treasury, and accounting modules. Experience in process automation and BI reporting is essential.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power BI, Business Objects, RPA tools, MS Office and familiarity with SQL and data modeling.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. CPA or relevant financial certification is highly desirable.

Communication Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.

Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in various data analysis tools and methodologies. Capable of interpreting complex data sets to drive decision-making and process improvements.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent customer service orientation, teamwork abilities, and proactive problem-solving approach.

General Requirements:

• Preferably with experience in Shared Services and manufacturing industries.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Self-motivated, with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Attention to detail, focusing on accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting and system improvements.

Equal Pay Act Range

Annual Salary Range between $97,500 - $146,100 including benefits and Team rewards.
