Client Associate Primary Accountabilities
  • Works directly with our Senior Client Executives as a liaison to our Managed Services group, Enterprise Sales group, and Advanced Solutions Group in providing our clients peace of mind.
  • Manage and develop existing client relationships.
  • Gather information of client's business operations to support in identifying proper technology solutions.
  • Develops an understanding of the clients' business priorities and technology needs.
  • Supports team in producing client reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Provides quality day-to-day service on client deliverables.
  • Assists with technology questions; solve problems regarding client issues.
  • Provides necessary information to operations to create account information in databases and updates information as needed.
  • Provide backup to Senior Client Executives when needed.
  • Key liaison/role for process and activities supported by our configuration lab and Advanced Solutions Group.

Client Associate Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required.
  • 3 years of experience supporting clients and vendors.
  • 3 years in customer service experience, industry experience a plus.
  • MS Dynamics experience (CRM) preferred.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment.
  • Detail Oriented and can set realistic expectations.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Superior organizational skills.
