Property Management Assistant Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible, attentive office assistant to oversee and maintain operations for the various properties under our operations. This position requires ensuring the processes of our organization as we strive for excellence in meeting the needs of property owners. Exceptional customer service skills are a requirement.
Our team-centric company is in quest of an additional part of our workforce to undertake the following responsibilities in a skilled manner and will select a new team member who can excel in the following areas:
Office Duties and Responsibilities
· Flexibility in a quickly changing office environment
· Ensure all necessary maintenance needs are effectively resolved
· Check contractor work and/or cleaning service to ensure company standards
· Tracking of readiness for guest check-in, including additional specialized requests
· Provide professional guest response for rental inquiries via phone, email or walk-in to main office
· Interact directly with potential guests during high-level concerns in a calm and professional manner
· Check-in with property guests to assure positive guest relations
· Organized and able to meet the needs of a quickly changing day
· Self-motivated and able to work with others to achieve team goals
· Track, organize and maintain budgetary files for accounts
· Coordinating and tracking of on-the-ground staff during field efforts
· Public marketing efforts for brand development
· Interface with Social Media Developer
· Follow all anti-discrimination laws, local property, and real estate regulations
· Perform other company related duties to insure smooth operation and guest satisfaction
Property Management Requirements and Qualifications
· High school diploma or GED equivalent required
· Proficiency using Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Access, etc.)
· Proficiency using Google Office
· Ability to learn new software quickly
· Basic understanding of accounting and finance
· Organized and detail-oriented and able to work on multiple tasks to completion
· Exceptional communication skills both oral and written; English proficiency required
· Prior job activity with cleaning services & cabin rental a plus
· Personal transportation a must
· “Can-do” overcoming attitude is paramount
Selected candidate may be subjected to background check and drug testing prior to job offer
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
