Job Responsibilities:
- Independently execute tasks, prioritize time efficiently, and maintain a goal-oriented and deadline-driven approach.
- Design and oversee site content while conducting daily maintenance of internal sites.
- Collaborate closely with project stakeholders daily.
- Conduct daily meetings with the SharePoint development team to ensure tasks adhere to established standards and security protocols.
- Assess and propose solutions to address business requirements effectively.
- Configure SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows.
- Generate and update Excel spreadsheets utilizing SharePoint list data.
- Produce custom reports and data visualizations to present insights in a comprehensible and actionable manner.

- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience working with SharePoint Online out of the box modern experience.
- SharePoint Online experience to include setting permissions, creating pages, working with modern communications and modern team sites as well as modern web parts.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for transforming data into actionable insights.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Basic working knowledge of Power BI
- Power Automate experience
- InfoWise experience
- Demonstrates a strong customer focus and excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Desire to continuously improve technical skills and identify opportunities where development tools meeting ORNL Standards may be used in place of non-standard tools
