Bring your skills and passion to our team. ITility is seeking an Site Coordination Personnel support A&S Phase I is conducted a Camp Lejeune, NC consisting of 37 days. During this phase, an average of 12-hour work days are expected for all contractor personnel. 

A&S Phase II is conducted a Fort AP Hill, VA consisting of 32 days, 5 days of which will overlap the support provided under Phase I. During this phase, contractor personnel are expected to remain onsite for its entirety, and an average of 14-hour work days are expected for all contractor personnel. Personnel shall be required to operate in an austere environment and wear up to 65 pounds of gear while walking long distances over continuous days.

All contractor personnel shall be required to:

Sign a non-disclosure agreement to acknowledge access to sensitive, but unclassified information, whose unauthorized release could have an adverse effect on MARSOC missions.Have a valid Driver’s License in their possession at all times.Receive a Contractor Identification card through the Rapid Gate process

Responsibilities

The contractor shall provide episodic personnel that meet the following qualifications. Contractor personnel shall be required to operate in an austere environment, wear up to 65 pounds of gear while walking long distances over continuous days, and evaluate and provide assessments of exercise participants throughout events, to include written assessments of candidate behavioral character traits. All personnel shall utilize laptops, or other portable electronic devices, and shall work extensively with the Microsoft Office suite of tools.

Qualifications

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• U.S. citizen
• Valid Social Security Number
• Valid U.S. driver’s license
• No felony convictions
• No probation or prison in last 5 years
• Handle equipment weighing 100 lbs
• Work as part of a 5-man work force
• Move heavy equipment over 200 miles in Utility Vehicles
• Be able to receive CPR certification through Government provided training
• Pass vetting through RAPIDGate for unescorted access on a military installation
• Must be proficient in the use of Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, and Excel.
