Bring your skills and passion to our ITility team. ITility is seeking a Facility Security Officer (FSO) and Insider Threat Program Senior Official (ITPSO) located in Chantilly, Virginia. As the FSO, this individual will coordinate and monitor highly sensitive aspects of DoD or other industrial security programs and activities IAW U.S. Government and Company requirements. The candidate will work closely with the customers, company leadership, assigned program management and staff.

Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of the Industrial Security Program are accomplished in an acceptable manner. Responsibilities include:

• Conduct required internal security self-inspections and take the lead during Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) security reviews/Assessments.
• Ensure compliance with applicable government and company policies and procedures.
• Provide security education/training to cleared employees, administer security indoctrinations, conduct annual security refresher trainings and debriefings, and regular re-briefing of employees on foreign travel and hostile intelligence.
• Securely maintain all ITility facilities and personnel security records.
• Maintain successful working relationships with government agencies and security offices of current customers.
• Conduct internal security investigations, coordinate and submit reports to external agencies, as required.
• Working knowledge of DCSA security databases to include DISS, NBIS, eAPP, and SWFT.
• Collaborate and consult with the Contracts Department to ensure compliance with all prime and subcontractors security requirements, including the completion and tracking of all DD254s.
• Assist with badging for employees, subcontractors, and others as needed.
• Manage the ITility HQ Office

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Active Top Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5 years minimum relevant experience.
• Minimum completion of FSO Orientation for Non-Possessing Facilities (ISO20.CU) or FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities (IS030.CU) or Insider Threat Program Senior Official (INT101.16) Certification. 
• 5 plus years of experience as a security professional with at least 3 years as an FSO or CSSO supporting Department of Defense or Intelligence Community programs.
• Thorough knowledge of the government clearance process and DoD security programs (NISS, DISS, NBIS, eApp and SWFT).
• Demonstrated knowledge and functional understanding of the 32CFR Part 117- NISPOM and ability to administer it.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the 32 CFR Part 117/NISPOM.
• Ability to manage complex situations, along with a demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks while still meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
