Job Title: EndPoint Engineer

Location: Madison, WI

Job responsibilities:

• The Endpoint Engineer will focus on delivery of a consistent product and computing experience to the end client.
• The Engineer will focus on designing, building, and implementing endpoint configurations and user applications across both virtual and physical desktop environments.

Required Skills:

• Have strong technical skills in Citrix, VDI, and Azure Virtual Desktop, W365 and Intune Endpoint Manager
• Be responsible for identifying, submitting, testing, and implementing security policies (DevSecOps)
• Offer excellent 3rd tier support to 2nd tier technicians during issue escalation.
• Debrief business units on business practices such as new applications in newer technologies.
• Be a self-starter in identifying and streamlining business processes.

Required Education: At least a Bachelor s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Information Systems or closely related field is required.

Necessary Skills: Citrix, VDI, Azure Virtual Desktop, W365, Intune Endpoint Manager
