The Loan Application Support Manager manages technology support & implementation-related activities, and provides business analysis for Commercial & Residential loan products.

Responsibilities

• * Maintain the Loans platform.
• * Interface with internal users; serve as first line of support for issues or questions.
• * Provide support to Loan Closing Administration team.
• * Investigate and troubleshoot problems;
• * Manage relationship to software vendor.
• * Manage reporting platform.
• * Support & manage regulatory, risk, and audit activities.
• * Propose and execute improvements to platform and processes.
• * Supervise the Systems Administrator.

Requirements

• * 5 years loans technology support; both commercial and residential loans preferred.
• * Experience writing business requirements.
• * Ability to translate client needs into the customization of the lending platform.
• * Understanding Commercial loans processing life cycle-origination, closing; servicing
• * Strong experience with loan origination software essential; front-end loans origination platform is highly desirable.
• * Experience with Loans Servicing systems a plus.
• * Experience with core integration is preferred.
• * Strong management skills, including interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• * Solid understanding of the latest mortgage compliance measures.
• * Excellent communications skills (verbal written).
• * Bachelor's degree required.
