We're looking for a local Sr. UX Researcher to join us on-site in Irving, TX. Ideal candidates have a strong background in both B2C and B2B sectors, with excellent skills in both quantitative and qualitative research methods. We value strong facilitation skills and effective cross-team collaboration.

The successful candidate will proactively build partnerships and consistently secure stakeholder confidence, acting as a genuine advocate for our projects.

"MUST HAVE" Specific Knowledge and Skills:

• Education First: Hold a Bachelor’s in Psychology, HCI, or related fields. Master’s? Even better.
• Depth of Experience: Bring in 7-9 years of rich experience in either B2B or B2C research, with at least 3 of those years in leading roles.
