In-Home Therapy is an intensive therapeutic intervention designed to stabilize families in crisis in order to reduce out of home placement. In-Home Therapists (IHT) provide structured, family focused, strength-based, wrap-around, clinical services to children/adolescents ages 3-21 and their families. IHT services are provided in the home and community and are focused on increasing children/adolescents and the family system’s ability to support kids in learning new skills to manage and overcome social, emotional, psychological, and developmental struggles. In-Home Therapy is a wrap-around model of care and requires focus on supporting kids and families in all life domains through both clinical as well as case management support. This is a full time position requiring evening and weekend hours.

There are currently, multiple openings for IHT with some openings requiring fluency in the Spanish language.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Travel without restriction to children’s homes and throughout the community
• Must have a valid driver’s license and car. Ability to operate a motor vehicle safely
• Provide in-home family therapy to children/adolescents and families
• Assist the family in identifying and utilizing community resources and natural supports
• Coordinate with collateral providers, state agencies, schools and natural supports
• Maintain accurate clinical charts and follow all clinical documentation timelines and requirements
• Ensure that all services are provided in a professional and strengths-based manner
• Ensure that all services are provided according to Insurance Performance Specifications
• Participate in all administrative functions of this position, including actively participating in weekly supervision and attending weekly team meetings
• Meet agency productivity requirements
• Follow all agency safety protocols
• Commitment to highest quality of care

• Masters level degree from an accredited program
• Independent MA Licensure preferred
• Bilingual Spanish Speaking preferred
• Experience in child, adolescent, and family therapy
• Experience with case management
• Maintain strictest confidentiality with respect to agency, employee, and client information; adhere to all HIPAA guidelines and regulations
• Sound and appropriate clinical and professional judgment
• Strong clinical documentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
