What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):
- Work closely with the Product Manager to provide technical expertise and ensure the successful integration of technologies into new products.
- Configure and deploy hardware and software components ensuring successful system implementation.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of systems based on market insights.
- Provide technical support to clients and internal stakeholders, collaborating with the Product Manager to address customer inquires, issues, and system maintenance.
- 5 years of System Engineer experience.
- Experience with technologies such as Windows, VMware, ESX infrastructure, storage, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, O365, and some application infrastructure.
- Experience with various hardware typically associated with Systems Engineering.
