iTA is looking for a Full-Time Service Advisor to join our Service Department in Harahan, LA, working a Monday-Friday shift.

Our ideal candidate will be a dependable, team-player with experience working within a diesel dealership environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Greeting customers;

• Intake paper work;

• Download health reports into our system - Understanding of ADP/CDK is a plus;

• Generate an RO for each item needing attention - warranty/bill backs;

• Ability to multi-task and interact with customers is necessary.
