Title: Engineering Branch Manager

Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced engineering leader to manage our Roanoke office. As the Engineering Branch Manager, you will oversee the branch's engineering projects, staff, business development, and day-to-day operations.
Manage multidisciplinary engineering projects including geotechnical and construction materials projects.
Assemble project teams and provide leadership throughout the full project lifecycle.
Oversee project financials, resource allocation, schedules, and deliverables.
Ensure quality control, safety standards, and engineering best practices are maintained.
Qualifications:
BS in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited college/university with a concentration in geotechnical engineering: MS in Civil Engineering is preferred
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) is a MUST HAVE
At least 15 years of technical and managerial experience.
Experience MUST be Stateside
Academia, International, or Internship will NOT be considered towards years of experience required
2 years of people management experience
Geotechnical experience is preferred; will consider Construction Materials Testing (CMT) exp
Strong business acumen with P&L experience.
