Job Title: QC Senior Analyst.
Location: Vacaville, CA.
Duration: 6 Months Contract.
(Contract with possible extensions or full-time conversion, depending on business need and performance)

Job Description:

Job Summary:

• With direct supervision, the QC Senior Analyst is responsible for the performance of direct materials testing in accordance with cGMP regulations and the client's standards. These duties include the execution of laboratory support activities. In conjunction with Quality Control leadership, the QC Senior Analyst works to meet departmental and organizational goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Review data and assess against established acceptance criteria
• Identify discrepancies. Provide input to the design of quality investigations and CAPA (corrective actions preventive actions)
• Identify gaps in systems and procedures
• Perform equipment maintenance
• Prepare and maintain standards, controls, stocks, cultures, etc. per established procedures
• Support the maintenance and compliance of operational areas.
• Assure and apply GMP throughout operations
• Support internal and external audits and regulatory inspections
• Participate in group and project teamwork; project and process improvements
• Lab sweeps: restocking consumables, reagent expiry sweeps, glassware restocking, equipment PMs
• Reviewer lab sweeps: Sample disposal, Control Print document reconciliation
• Control printing for testing analysts
• Cornerstone admin (requests to VOLT that Mel is covering)
• Vendor Evaluation (VE) Testing LIMS login
• Bulk gas testing: Drager tube/Color/Appearance
• Test result entry in LIMS
• Primary contact with our Reagent Ordering SPOC (stocking new reagent, expiry date verification, etc.)
• Chemical reagent system disposals, movements, etc.

Job Requirements

• B.S. /B.A. degree and one year experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
