Job Description

The Online Technical Data Researcher will be responsible for understanding, researching, finding, uploading/updating, and assigning 20 employee and employer prospect data records per day that meet the IT Pros client and company requirements and standards.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Master boolean search to uncover relevant employer and employee data
• Talent map various tech-focused websites including Google, Crunchbase, LinkedIn, AngelList, GitHub, BuiltIn, Layoffs.fyi, etc. for relevant data capture
• Utilize various lead generation software to identify email and phone contact information
• Follow the IT Pros' sourcing quality standards
• Follow the Client's (Employer) requirements
• Assign profiles to recruitment
• Contribute to reviewing and implementing new tools
• Daily participation in team projects

Qualifications

Successful Online Technical Data Researcher applicants will be knowledgeable of various technologies, tools, and languages (Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, AWS, etc.) and must have access to uninterrupted High-Speed Internet access with the ability to work from home and/or remotely. 

Additional Qualifications:

✅ You must have a laptop and/or desktop with a working webcam and microphone.

✅ You must be able to accept payment via TransferWise (Wise) or through a US Bank account.

✅ You must enjoy researching the web and uncovering what others can not.

Please Note: We value time zone differences at IT Pros that allow us to work with time versus against it. In other words, feel free to work during the hours that work best for you.
