Job Title: Product Support Engineer III

Duties: As a Product Support Engineer III, you will be using your skills and hands-on expertise to provide technical support and troubleshooting for our product and system prototypes. You'll be responsible for assessing our customer needs and determining the most appropriate technical solution for concept and prototype products and systems. You're technical responsibilities include product installation, testing, error/defect detection and correction, and coordinating the appropriate corrective action with engineers and operators. Huge plus in telemetry systems (niche, so not hard requirment, but good to have)
May be required to dive in and develop tech data in some scenarios. High level of business development, really old aircraft (only 5 flying in the world) so they need

Ability to maintain a flight physical.

Skills: Must-haves: Exposure to wireless networks, tactical communications and personal computers Communication and customer interface skills Familiarity with system level maintenance of networks and communications systems Preferred: Working knowledge of operating military units and logistics Familiarity with the network and integration of traditional communications systems and sensors Ability to read schematics, use service manuals, follow test procedures, and use logical trouble shooting techniques. Experience with RF, vehicle installation and maintenance procedures Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, Government, or US Military Leadership experience in the military or civilian organization

Education: Must-haves: Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or typically 6 or more years of related experience
