• Obtain all required accounts Unix, red and black Windows, ECS, CSIS, firewalls, SCN, Sybase, Audio Visual Sub System)
• Provides early account management (troubleshooting, unlocks, etc.)
• Manage Access Control, Sybase, and TT&C Command Access Control, Red and Black side Windows accounts
• Configure internal server to workstation connections
• Receive an RGS antenna from MCS/MCSB Operations
• Hand back an RGS Antenna to MCS/MCSB Operations
• Configure Uplink through SCN, SB1-2, BB1-2, RGSE, RGSP
• Understand and document crypto keys for primary and backup for uplinks
• Configure Downlink through SCN, SB1-2, BB1-2, RGSE, RGSP

Qualifications

• Advanced degree and 7 years experience or bachelors with 9 years experience or equivalent
• Active TS/SCI
• Ground segment subject matter expert
• Shall have satellite domain experience, knowledge in ground architecture, spacecraft design, and ground services subsystems, etc.
• Experience in the full product lifecycle, where requirements turn into a tangible deliverable product
• OPIR Ground Experience
• Satellite ground segment experience
• Systems architecture development experience
• On-console space/ground operations experience desired
• Integration & Verification Experience
• Agile Methodologies

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will regularly sit, walk, stand and climb stairs and steps. May require walking long distance from parking to work station. Occasionally, movement that requires twisting at the neck and/or trunk more than the average person, squatting/ stooping/kneeling, reaching above the head, and forward motion will be required. The employee will continuously be required to repeat the same hand, arm, or finger motion many times. Manual and finger dexterity are essential to this position. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, depth perception and telling differences among colors. The employee must be able to communicate through speech with clients and public. Hearing requirements include conversation in both quiet and noisy environments. Lifting may require floor to waist, waist to shoulder, or shoulder to overhead movement of up to 20 pounds. This position demands tolerance for various levels of mental stress.
