IST Management Services is Hiring a Site Supervisor Near Colorado, CO
Overview
IST Management is a rapidly growing business process outsourcing (BPO) company specializing in providing solutions for the management of digital and physical information through Facilities Management, eDiscovery, and Electronic Document Management services. This is a full-time, direct-hire position.

Responsibilities
- Maintain effective written and oral communications with clients and employees.
- Ensures all work standards are met on a consistent basis.
- Accurately prepare and distribute management reports to the client in a timely and consistent manner.
- Insures maximization of productivity through efficient use of standard operating procedures.
- Develops new procedures to improve the operation of the sites and to lower operating costs.
- Ensures the proper and safe use of all equipment used by employees.
Pay rate is between $19 and $22 per hour depending on experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- One to four years’ experience in a law firm preferred
- Litigation Copying/scanning/mailing, Xerox equipment experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and familiarity with computer basics is a must
- Ability to communicate both verbally and written with customers and other employees both one-on-one and during meetings
- Ability to prepare reports and present information to clients
- Must have attention to detail and critically think through and resolve problems
- Must have customer service skills and be able to maintain a consistent, high level of service
- A valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation to and from work
- Lifting up to 55 pounds
- Standing for long periods of time
- Significant walking
- Willingness to cross-train for other job functions
