Overview

We are seeking a Legal Office and Facilities Site Manager to join our team at IST Management Services in Orange County, CA! Ideal candidates will have relevant experience in management, legal records and customer service. We are committed to both excellence for our clients and upward mobility for our employees.

Hourly Compensation: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour based on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. No nights or weekends!

Responsibilities

The Legal Office and Facilities Site Manager will manage an on-site team to support the records, mail and hospitality operations for the office. Additional duties include:

  • Facilities Maintenance - light maintenance of common areas and vendor management for any larger repairs, furniture and office moves
  • Corporate Hospitality - including ownership of environment presentation and assistance with catering and events 
  • Records Management - scanning and physical filing
  • Maintain effective written and oral communications with clients and employees
  • Report on monthly volumes

Qualifications

Ideal candidates must have excellent, professional verbal and written communication skills as well as hands-on experience using Microsoft Office. Prior experience in a corporate or law firm setting is a huge plus! Other qualifications include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; authorization to work for any employer in the US is required
  • Must have attention to detail and critically think through and resolve problems
  • Must have customer service skills, and be able to maintain a consistent, high level of service
  • Competency in multitasking
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
