I. SUMMARY:

A picker is a role typically found in warehouses, distribution centers, and fulfillment centers. The primary responsibility of a picker is to locate and retrieve specific items or products from designated storage areas in order to fulfill customer orders or replenish stock. Inspect items for quality and accuracy to ensure they meet the company's standards. • Report damaged or defective items for replacement or repair.
