As a Men's Locker Room Attendant, you'll maintain cleanliness and assist guests at our Korean spa's locker room. Your role ensures a comfortable experience, upholds spa etiquette, and contributes to a positive atmosphere for our male clientele.

Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Men's Locker Room Attendant at our traditional Korean spa. The Men's Locker Room Attendant will be instrumental in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our male clientele by maintaining the locker room facilities to the highest standards. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to hygiene, and the ability to provide exceptional service in a dynamic spa environment.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and guide guests to bathing areas and lockers.
Manage reservations, including scheduling, cancellations, and confirmations.
Provide assistance to guests in the locker and bathing areas, fulfilling their needs such as towels, slippers, and services.
Enforce spa rules and regulations to ensure guest safety.
Handle communication tasks such as relaying messages and answering inquiries about spa services.
Monitor and maintain tub cleanliness and temperature according to health standards.
Maintain records of occupied therapist rooms and guest accounts.
Address guest complaints or concerns and escalate issues to the Floor Manager if necessary.
Drive sales of spa products and services.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met in all work areas.
Maintain a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.
Encourage experiencing spa services to enhance customer service.
Coordinate reservation turnovers for body scrub employees.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
Ability to work efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Basic mechanical/ computer aptitude and ability to troubleshoot
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
Willingness to undergo training as necessary.

Note that this is a full time position, and you must be available on the weekends.
