We are seeking a Bakery Assistant to join our team. As a Bakery Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our bakery. Your main responsibilities will include assisting with the bakers in preparation, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the bakery, and providing excellent customer service.

```Duties```
- Assist with the preparation and production of baked goods, including measuring ingredients, mixing doughs, and operating baking equipment.
- Help with decorating cakes, pastries, and other baked goods.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bakery, including regular cleaning of workstations, equipment, and utensils.
- Assist customers with their bakery orders, providing product recommendations and upselling when appropriate.
- Package and label bakery products for display
- Receive and stock bakery supplies as needed.
- Follow all food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

```Experience```
- Previous experience in a bakery or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating quantities.
- Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices.
- Culinary training or education is a plus.
