A Service Advisor is often our first point of contact for service customers. In this role, you will prepare written estimates for service work and parts and act as a liaison between customers, manufacturer representatives, and service technicians. You will be trained on our equipment, management system, procedures and customer etiquette. You will be paid a base plus commission for this role.
