We are looking for a Retail Assistant Manager to oversee the day-to-day management and operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service, enjoy dealing with the public and be able to oversee the activities of all employees in our store. Retail Assistant Managers working for our organization enjoy comprehensive benefits, and based on their performance, advancement opportunities may be available.
Responsibilities:
- Stock merchandise throughout the store.
- Greet customers and assist them with purchasing items.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve them.
- Train employees on the operation of their assigned area of the store.
- Assist in developing sales promotions, advertising campaigns, and special events.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
