Overview:
We are seeking experienced and passionate restaurant managers to join our team and help drive our commitment to excellence. As a Restaurant Manager at The Spot, you will play a crucial role in leading and developing our team, ensuring exceptional guest service, and fostering a positive work environment.

Basic Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of dedicated restaurant staff to deliver outstanding service and uphold our values.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and further their career growth.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
  • Manage guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Drive sales and profitability through effective cost management and upselling strategies.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service and achieving business results.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to management.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
