Job Description :

1. Firewall Management: Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) in Palo Alto Networks Design, implement, and maintain firewall configurations, rules, and policies to ensure the security posture of the network infrastructure.

• Firewall Design and Implementation:Design and implement Checkpoint firewall solutions to protect the organization's network infrastructure
• Configure and optimize firewall policies to meet security requirements
• Network Security Maintenance:Monitor and maintain the health and performance of Checkpoint firewall devices
• Implement software updates, patches, and security configurations as needed
• Incident Response:Respond promptly to security incidents and provide analysis and resolution for firewall-related incidents
• Collaborate with the incident response team to implement corrective actions
• Security Audits and Assessments:Conduct regular security audits and assessments of Checkpoint firewall configurations
• Identify vulnerabilities and recommend security enhancements
• Policy Management:Manage and enforce security policies on Checkpoint firewalls
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices
• Documentation:Maintain detailed documentation of firewall configurations, policies, and changes
• Create documentation for troubleshooting and incident response procedures
• Collaboration:Collaborate with network engineers, system administrators, and other IT professionals to implement and maintain a secure network environment
• Provide technical support and expertise to other teams as needed
