10 Years Verifiable Maintenance Experience Required

Thursdays and Fridays Only (Part Time Position)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for overseeing and performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This is a leadership role that requires strong supervisory skills and the ability to maintain a high standard of facilities maintenance.

Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues or areas in need of repair
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and guests
- Supervise and coordinate the work of external contractors when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Provide excellent customer service to guests

Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and coordinate maintenance activities
- Solid knowledge of facilities maintenance practices and procedures
- Ability to use basic spreadsheets for tracking jobs
- Electrical knowledge and experience in troubleshooting electrical systems
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairing equipment
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Commercial Pool and Spa knowledge

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.75 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 16 per week
