Experienced Pizza Maker Needed at our Lake Mary location!

Pizza Maker hourly wages are based on individual candidate’s experience and skillset, typically can range between $15.00-18.00/hour.

Responsibilities (to include, but are not limited to):

• Understanding and practicing our mission, values, and objectives
• Prevents the spoilage of ingredients through proper storage in designated containers and in designated area
• Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains cleanliness of work areas, surfaces, utensils, equipment, and dishes
• Adheres to all food handling and safety regulations throughout the kitchen and restaurant
• Must have knowledge and ability to make hand tossed pizza and work with a variety of fresh dough.
• Prepares and correctly and safely stores dough, sauces and various toppings
• Plating and packing pizzas correctly

Qualifications:

• Previous hand tossed pizza experience preferred
• Ability to listen and follow directions
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of accountability
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lead and direct while cultivating a healthy and collaborative team environment

Job Expectations for All:

• Stand for prolonged periods of time and handle products, tools, paperwork, and equipment.
• May be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, extreme heat, steam, and cold present in a kitchen environment and requested to work with cleaning chemicals.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds with a team.
