What you’ll do
The UX Researcher reports to the Director of Product Design and collaborates with other agile, cross-functional teams to craft consistent and successful end-user experiences.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, planning, and executing user research on the iSeatz platform as well as our existing and growing list of clients.
Your Impact
Application of UX Expertise
Plan and conduct moderated and unmoderated user tests
Craft wireframes and other visuals to communicate needs and socialize findings to internal and external stakeholders
Collaboration with Internal and External Teams
Collaborate with product managers to identify potential research questions/topics
Sync with Business Intelligence to provide user-behavior data insights

Location
This role is remote and can be located anywhere inside the continental United States. iSeatz is a New Orleans-based company with Central Time Zone business hours, but feel free to work from your home office, from the beach, or from the cottage you rented for the summer!
