Overview:

We are seeking a energetic and experienced full time Senior Store Manager to lead our team at a Isabel Harvey, a popular, trendy boutique in Wellesley center. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, a strong sense of style, and excellent leadership skills to drive sales, provide exceptional customer service, and create a vibrant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Create and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
• Ensure the store maintains a visually appealing and on-brand atmosphere.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty.
• Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to make informed business decisions.
• Handle employee scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Collaborate with the boutique owners to develop promotional events and marketing strategies.
• Maintain a high level of visual merchandising
• Ensure store windows and displays look fresh, inviting, and new
• Merchandising should be changed frequently
• Actively look for replenishment opportunities through restocking

Requirements:

• 5 plus years of retail management experience preferred
• Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar leadership role in the retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of current fashion trends and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in inventory management and sales analysis.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
• Must be fit to lift, carry or otherwise move objects weighing up to 20 pounds when merchandising the sales floor and use of ladders or stairs
• Must agree to work Holidays and weekends, with a minimum of 3 Saturdays a month
