Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Skid Steer Operator to join our team. As a Skid Steer Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to perform various tasks on construction sites. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Duties:
- Operate skid steer equipment to perform tasks such as grading, excavating, and loading materials
- Safely maneuver the skid steer in tight spaces and around obstacles
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on the equipment
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
- Assist with other duties as assigned

Experience:
- Previous experience operating skid steer equipment is required
- Familiarity with dump trucks, graders, and other heavy equipment is preferred
- Mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills are a plus
- Experience in commercial driving is beneficial

Requirements:

- Class C driver's license preferred, but not required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to withstand long hours of work in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
