About the position:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate In-Person Telehealth Support Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology, experience working with seniors, and be based in the Lumberton, Fayetteville, or the surrounding areas in North Carolina.
Responsibilities:

• Assist seniors with the setup and use of telehealth technology for virtual medical appointments.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate and facilitate telehealth appointments, including troubleshooting technical issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proficient with technology and comfortable troubleshooting technical issues.
• Previous experience working with seniors or in a healthcare-related setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach.

Requirements:

• Reside in the Lumberton, Fayetteville, or surrounding areas in North Carolina.
• Reliable transportation to travel to patients' locations for in-person support.
• Availability to work flexible hours based on patient appointments.

Compensation:

• This is a contractor role.
• Pay rate: $20 per hour.
