Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create & manage paper & digital job folders with all relevant information.
  • Prepare, update, and track spreadsheets as needed for the bids and contracts.
  • Receive all communication from customers with questions related to their contracts and billing.
  • Assisted in monitoring accounts receivable and following up with customers on outstanding bills.
  • Manage, including filing and terminating, records with the county and state.
  • Cross-train to assist in supporting other office functions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to comprehend and analyze legal documents.
  • Ability to coordinate and process high-quality legal agreements, deadline-driven, while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasker
  • Excellent communication skills demonstrated listening and written/verbal communication.
  • Computer Proficiency
  • Urgency in handling each call in the most efficient, effective way possible.
  • Excellent customer service
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
