Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create & manage paper & digital job folders with all relevant information.
- Prepare, update, and track spreadsheets as needed for the bids and contracts.
- Receive all communication from customers with questions related to their contracts and billing.
- Assisted in monitoring accounts receivable and following up with customers on outstanding bills.
- Manage, including filing and terminating, records with the county and state.
- Cross-train to assist in supporting other office functions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to comprehend and analyze legal documents.
- Ability to coordinate and process high-quality legal agreements, deadline-driven, while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong multi-tasker
- Excellent communication skills demonstrated listening and written/verbal communication.
- Computer Proficiency
- Urgency in handling each call in the most efficient, effective way possible.
- Excellent customer service
- Problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Excel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
