The Paraprofessional/Instructional Aide at Iroquois West Upper Elementary will work closely with teachers and give RtI instruction to students to ensure they are successful in the classroom. 

The Paraprofessional/Instructional Aide is responsible to the teachers, the Principal, and other designated administrative staff.

Duties of the Paraprofessional/Instructional Aide include:

• Supervising duties as assigned

• Preparing for small group intervention times and keeping progress monitoring data.

• Working one on one or with small groups of students.

• Communicate with teachers about students’ needs and progress. 

Candidates must have valid paraprofessional license.
