THE TEAM

Ironworks Hotel is a boutique hotel located near the Keystone Fashion Mall in north Indianapolis and is inspired by America’s industrial heritage. The Ironworks Keystone campus is home to some of the area’s best restaurants including Provision, Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, Rize, Sangiovese Ristorante, Blue Sushi Saki & Grill and more The Ironworks Hotel is a place for people to work hard, play hard and come together.

THE PLAYER

You will ensure the cleanliness of rooms and public spaces. The Room Attendant/Housekeeper position will come in contact with guests and will need to have positive guest interactions. You play an important role for a unique experience for each of our guests every day.

EVERY DAY, YOU WILL

• Acknowledge and greet guests in public spaces with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Review daily inventory of rooms, arrivals, and departures.
• Review daily inventory of supplies needed to complete the assignments for the day.
• Cleaning of hotel rooms including dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen area, lobby, and common areas.
• Perform quality cleaning to meet required standards within set time limits.
• Comply with all hotel safety guidelines.
• Pick up ground litter around hotel or whatever visible.
• May perform similar duties as requested by the team leader.

Requirements

YOU WILL BE GREAT AT IRONWORKS HOTEL IF

Education - High school diploma or equivalent

Experience and/or Training - Housekeeping and customer service experience, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.

YOU MUST ALSO HAVE

U.S. Work Authorization (required)
