A smaller community hospital located near Scottsbluff, Nebraska is seeking a full-time, permanent Registered Nurse to join their team! Shift: Night Shift, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM with Weekend Rotation

Salary: Starting at $30 per hour for New Graduates

Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in the Emergency Room and Medical-Surgical departments. As an RN in our facility, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care during critical moments. Registered Nurse Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications, monitor patient vital signs, and assist with diagnostic tests and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records and documentation.
• Educate patients and their families about their healthcare needs and treatment plans.

Registered Nurse Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in [State/Region].
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
• Previous experience in emergency room and/or medical-surgical nursing preferred but not required.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
